You will, amongst other things, greet guests, assist with luggage, show to rooms and liase with the reception team and waiting staff team, book restaurants and other bookings for guests. Ability to communicate clearly is important as is positive can do attitude.You must be flexible to work 5 or 6 days out of 7 including mornings and/or evenings as well as nights.
